Membership
Subscriptions run from 1 April to 31 March the following year. Members renewing or new members joining from April pay for a whole year. New members joining during the course of the year pay on a pro rata basis. For example, someone joining in July would pay the JULY rate (9/12 of annual sub) whereas someone joining next February would pay the FEBRUARY amount (2/12 of annual sub). To renew your membership or join please do the following :-
| 1) Download the appropriate membership form from the Membership Forms table below and print it out. |
| 2) Download the ready reckoner for the month you are joining from the ready reckoner table below and print it out. NB: a ready reckoner is not required for Temporary Membership. |
| 3) Use the ready reckoner to determine how much you need to pay. Use this figure when filling out the membership form. |
| 4) Return the membership form with the ready reckoner and your remittance to the Treasurer :- |

Please note that membership fees can also be paid in monthly instalments if joining between 1 April and 31 December. The instalment amounts are shown in the ready reckoners.

NB: The forms downloadable from these tables are in Microsoft Word format and designed to print at paper size A5 (but you can use regular A4!). Please contact us if you have any problems downloading or printing.
