	SUMMER 2011 NEWSLETTER

Dear Member,

The Green’s AGM will be held on Sunday 11th September in the clubhouse and will commence at 7.30pm.

All members are invited and we look forward to seeing you there.

Three committee members have decided to step down and following a rule change carried at last years AGM, our Head Coach, Sean Yates will automatically sit on the new Committee as a non-voting member. This means, in order to maintain the same number of voting members as in 2010/11, a further member is required. I am pleased to let you know that 4 members have put their names forward and have been proposed and seconded, together with those willing to stand again, we have a “full team,” subject of course to acceptance by our membership at the AGM.

In a drive to increase membership plus retaining our Junior base, your Committee has proposed some changes to the categories of membership. This and some other changes to the Club’s Rules are detailed on the reverse of this page (please see the Newsletter that was posted to you)

Just a reminder that the Club’s Championship finals will be held on the afternoon of Sunday 21st Aug which we hope you can attend. We also look forward to seeing you on the 11th September for the AGM.
